Tim Vicary is an author and a recently retired university teacher from the university of York, Among other things, Vicary has written Police Tv Story. The police officer made an effort to search who is the person stealing money from people near the shop. Everyday, the same case happen. Police officers, Dan and Sue, use TV camera near the shop to find out who is the robber. But, it was not easy to find because there are many people around that place. After arrest two suspect, the police officers known that both of them are a married couple.
